Agile Space Industries Expands Leadership Structure to Support Next Phase of Growth
DURANGO, Colo., Sept. 28, 2026 – Agile Space Industries today announced that Jason Wright will join the company as President in early October, strengthening Agile’s operational leadership as the company continues its rapid growth as a supplier of in-space chemical propulsion products and services. Chris Pearson continues his role as Agile’s Chief Executive Officer.
Since 2022, Agile has experienced significant growth, with the company expected to reach approximately five times its 2022 revenue by the end of 2026. Today, Agile employs more than 165 people and operates across Colorado, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and Washington state. Growth has been driven primarily by increasing demand for the company’s monopropellant and bipropellant engines and propellant tanks, along with integrated propulsion subsystems and expanding propulsion testing services.
As President, Wright will lead the day-to-day management of Agile’s business, with responsibility for operations across the company’s locations and delivery of current product and service contracts. He will also oversee near-term sales, marketing, and business development efforts supporting Agile’s existing products and programs.

Wright brings more than 25 years of space industry experience spanning propulsion engineering, manufacturing, testing, operations, and program management. He previously served as a Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for monopropellant and bipropellant thrusters and dual-mode propulsion systems and held leadership positions in propulsion engineering, manufacturing, and testing. His experience also includes serving as operations director for a propulsion manufacturing center and managing programs with more than $100 million in profit-and-loss responsibility.
Throughout his career, Wright has supported programs and customers across the civil, defense, intelligence, and commercial space sectors, including NASA, the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Space Force, DARPA, the intelligence community, and commercial satellite operators.

With Wright overseeing day-to-day operations and near-term execution, Pearson will continue to lead Agile’s long-term strategy, board and investor relations, strategic business development, and technical direction.
Wright’s appointment reflects Agile’s continued investment in the leadership and operational capabilities needed to support its next phase of growth and meet increasing demand for advanced in-space propulsion solutions.
